MY NAME IS SHAWN Carrasco
FOR 15 YEARS I LIVED A LIFE OF CONSEQUENCES
My name is Shawn Carrasco and for over 15 years I lived a life shaped by incarceration and isolation. I spent 10 years in solitary confinement, where my experiences changed the way I understood people, pain, behavior, and choices. I now use my past, perspective, and purpose to help young people find a better path. Through DGK and The Four Pillars, I bring connection, compassion, understanding, and mentorship to youth who need someone to believe in them.
